About Neil

With over 35 years of successful professional experience in a variety of commercial real estate disciplines, Neil specializes in Industrial, Commercial, Multi-Residential Investment and Residential Development Land Sales.
 
Neil is an accredited Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI) with over 25 years of experience in real estate appraisal. He started City Management & Appraisals Ltd which he sold in 2006.
 
He has extensive experience in the building and development of condos, apartments, townhouse complexes and commercial developments including converting contaminated industrial buildings into commercial and multi-residential developments.  Neil possesses over 25 years of property management of multi-tenant properties.
 
Neil’s extensive experience as an Appraiser, Builder/Developer and Commercial Assessor lends itself to an in-depth understanding of valuating property on behalf of his clients. His continuous involvement in the redevelopment of neglected properties contributes to his creativity and resourcefulness in facilitating a sale and getting the job done for his clients.
